I just purchased the newest Starkey….Edge 2400.
My question for a Starkey Pro….what can be done about the poor quality of streaming music while outside walking? My rant is that the quality of streaming is poor, it’s in & out & static. It’s generally ok when the iPhone is held directly pointing at the hearing aids. It shouldn’t have to be this way. If Apple can stream to their iPods without any distortion….why can’t Starkey have as good of reception as iPods?..
I have the Starkey Edge AI.
I also have a Pixel 6a.
When I walk outside and stream the phone is in left front pocket the three from my aids.
I have absolutely no problems streaming.
I walked out my house in my front yard.
I streamed 30 feet away from my phone no problems. The phone is on my chair arm by the window.
I do breakup when I go down the hall and close the bathroom door.
Streaming quality is dependent on phone and aids.
I have a iPhone 12. I haven’t had that success only when holding the iPhone aiming at the hearing aid. It could be the phone

It’s a aid phone thing.
All aids and all phones don’t always play nice with each other.
If you search you’ll see people complain about every aid and every phone.
