My office has just purchased a Phonak Roger On v3 for me (!), and I’m disappointed with the lackluster soft case it comes with. For instance, you have to take the device out of the case in order to clip it to someone’s shirt, or to dock it to the base for connecting to the TV. But I like the idea of a case to protect the expensive investment and maybe make it harder to lose/have fall out of a pocket.
Does anybody have any recommendations on cases to use for the Roger On? I haven’t found any in my searching yet, and there’s also nothing on 3d print object websites like Thingiverse. Curious to hear if anybody here has any suggestions, thanks!
I have a vintage pen case that takes Roger and the headphone cable. I collect fountain pens so it was an easy repurpose. I also keep an Apple AirTag in the case so I know where Rog is…having lost him in a restaurant and struggled to describe it to the bored member of staff.
Mine also came via my employers and I didn’t fancy the ‘Y’know that expensive little device you bought me? Well…’ conversation.
Look for “leather handicraft” outlets. Maybe they can hand make one for you to keep the expensive gadget. An iron pencil box or nice small boxes that keep the pens. I used a small purse with zip to keep the Roger and charging wires. At least you have a protective cover for Roger.
Try searching in AliExpress website.

thank you for all of the responses and recommendations! honestly might try to get my brother to design something for a 3d printer that let the device be covered but still allows access to the clip, charging dock, and doesn’t cover up the microphones
Why don’t you ask someone to design one for you? This would be rather easy to do. I would do it myself (3d is my hobby) but alas, I don’t have time. Your best bet is to go on to the (many, many) 3d printing Facebook or Reddit forums and ask (most will do it for free!)
