I have a pair of Oticon legacy hearing aids LIKE H100, I couldn’t find a way to program them, I tried Genie 2017.1, Genie 2015, FittingLink WP2. No one recognizes this model. If anyone has information about it I will be grateful
I believe you need an unlock code, or you need to select some specific market (country) when installing Genie.

on the last pages of the manual the release date can be obtained
Seems that the COMO devices were released 2016 in Germany, but i never heard about this model. Could be that they are sold only via Amplifon and KIND shops
What Type do you have?
- RITE or BTE ?
- battery 13 or 312 ?
looks that Como device is identical to: Ria2
Did you try to switch the region in Genie to Germany ?
