Was the Specsavers test done with headphones or inserts?

Hm, if you are referring to the audiograms you posted in the other thread (New member here - audiogram), I would call the audiogram currently in your profile massively different. Just to pick out one example: 45 dB or 65 dB hearing threshold at 4K (left ear) is a pretty big deal when programming hearing aids. Itโ€™s the calibration/baseline problem. Itโ€™s hard to overcome with just standard audio equipment.

Sorry thatโ€™s miles out, look at the 2 KHz area on the left ear; which is a critical area for speech understanding. According to the PDF you have a degree of asymmetry there which isnโ€™t evident on the Specsavers test. Thatโ€™s a really erroneous basis to establish a hearing prescription.
