I’ve found that Signia 7IX and 7AX BiCros aids turn off the microphone in the non-hearing ear when streaming from Android phone or TV interface. This would be useful in some cases but most of the time I’d like to be able to hear others talking to me. It would be great if background sounds could be turned on/off or volume adjusted as an option. Am I missing something?
You can increase the microphone volume during streaming. This can be done via the fitting software. If you don’t have access to that, get with your audiologist to have them adjust the streaming microphone settings.

Great! Thanks! Will do!
You may have solved this already, but just in case…I can confirm you can set it in the fitting software, but also if using iphone, I’ve been able to adjust it in the accessibility settings. I believe I hit the button 3 times quickly and it let me adjust the backgorund noise levels.
