Problems with installing Starkey Inspire with Patient Database

I installed Starkey Inspire V2020.1 and Patient Database V15.0.386.0 on a computer with W10-Home.
Problems encountered:

  1. During the installation of the Database, there was no question to assign a user name and password.
  2. When I run “Inspire with Database” from the start menu, I get this failure message:

    Restarting the computer and launching PatientBase again does not help.
    Who can help me out of this?
