Hello, I have worn hearing aids on and off for 25 years. Struggling to work the recently supplied Danalogic Ambio. It is almost like I am straining to hear more with them in. They do not fit properly behind my ear and I cannot wear glasses with them…….

It sounds like it’s no programmed properly.
Do you mean you’re struggling to hear talking or volume in general?
Do you have domes or custom moulds?
I’ve had the Ambios for well over 2 years, could never hear with them, terrible feedback and electrical interference. That was until a couple of weeks ago after I had been back for the umpteenth time, I was told they were not setup correctly. Far better now and going back to NHS audiology next week for a further tweak.
