I have Oticon hearing aids and their
tv. Box. I have 2 problems. Today I am not able to hear the tv box out of my left aid but hear it fine out of my right one. I have done “the usual” stuff to be sure my aid is clean & working. Thoughts on this? Also, I can’t hear Netflix or other internet sites through the tv box. We have tried different plug in options. My audiologist said this shouldn’t happen. Thoughts anyone?
How old are your HA’s and when was the last time you had them professionally cleaned. The last time this happened to me one HA was full of crud and once cleaned I was hearing the through the TV adapter with both ears again. Have you made sure the adapter is actually hooked up to the device that is streaming Netflix and the other internet sites?
Have you an Opn or older hearing aids with Streamer (Pro)? If Opn - try to pair both hearing aids with TV box again. Also try to switch off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in every phones and routers for no radio interference.
