I use the Phonak Audeo L90. I am having a problem with the My Phonak App. In the past my More Settings worked fine. Now all of a sudden the More Settings tab is grayed out and I have no control. The tab only works when blue tooth streaming. Then the only control I have is lowering background noise. Which is what I expect. I have been to my health care professional and they were unable to fix the problem and suggested I call Phonak. Do you have any idea what is going on. I have deleted and added the app my times with no change. I have an iPhone 14. Any help would be appreciated.

Might sound stupid, but have you tried rebooting your phone?
Phonak Apps and iPhone - needs to switch off the phone once a week or every night. Whichever convenient.
