What I should have said was something like: I need a new print out of the QR code for the Connexx Smart Remote app. I am having a problem doing a re-setup of the Connexx Remote app on my Apple iPhone 7 plus in support of my Kirkland Ks 7.0 Hearing Aid. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Do you self-program?
If not then you’ll need to go into your fitter to get them to give you the QR. Get the print-out of course.
