I have a Cisco phone at work in. Witch i connect my resound phone clip all settings are correct including with the lifter
The problem is that the person I’m talking to is also using a landline phone. They tell me that the sound is not clear,distorted,hear a lot of background noice, or sounds like I’m in a hollow tube
If I’m call a cell phone the caller has clear reception.
How can I resolve this?
