I just got a new compilot off of ebay and finally had it paired with my hearing aids. Now my phone, Samsung J3, will not pair with it. It shows up as an available device but says it can’t pair with it. Does anyone have any idea why?
I had similar problems as have many people. For that and other reasons I returned the Brio 2 aids.
Since you may have an already used ComPilot, have you tried to remove all previous bluetooth pairings?
To delete all pairings press “pair” + “vol +” at least 10 seconds and try again to pair with your Samsung.
I actually removed the device and tried it again today…IT WORKED!! I am so excited to have my compilot back!!
