Hi,
I have question about Phonak “wind block” feature. I received Phonak Virto Paradise P70-312 and Phonak Audeo Paradise P70 for trial at the same time so I can directly compare this two hearing aids in different conditions. My audiologist sets wind block feature on Virto at 20/20 (max), while on Audeo setting is 16/20. And in the same windy weather I don’t hear the wind on Audeo but with Virto I constantly hear the wind noise. It’s a bit annoying and I assume Virto is either more sensitive to weather conditions due to a more exposed position or has inferior software. Can anyone confirm that Virto is actually more wind sensitive than Audeo?
To do with mic positioning.
