So I had a Phonak Hearing aid issue recently and went to my local Boots hearing centre to help get it fixed. They just called Phonak tech support whom were just simply brilliant and resolved the problem. Boots of course refused to give out the phone number. But she did mention that if I did get the number I can just phone them myself. So drum roll…what is the number?
Most of the time, they say contact your audiologist.
They don’t actually help……
Never found their phone number but here’s their email, altho pretty useless.

Hi @Zebras The actual phone number wasn’t hard to find with Google actually. It’s supposed to be their pro support line. Anyway the number is 01925 623 600
