Phonak Target Software sought

I’m wearing a Phonak Virto Q50 and and want to do self programming. Could anyone kindly explain to me what is the fitting software and hardware? Further, where could I find a link to the Phonak Target software?
Many thanks in advance!

You need the iCube II but only if your Virto Aids are wireless, if not, it’ll have to be the Hi Pro and wires.

You’ve asked 3 x times for the software. I’m sure someone will come a long with the software soon.

Thank you. And I’m sorry for any nuisances. I’m new on this forum and have gone through a lot of posts with links that no longer work. So I tried to ask as many people as possible for help. Your reminder is much appreciated.

Don’t worry about it. It happens all the time. It’s not like we have a book you can read about how to find fitting software. Oh wait. Yes we do have have a book or a PDF file you can read, (namely)
(Fitting Software Links and Sources).

@leedsender

It’s okay.

Do you know if you Aids are wireless, ie work with the Phonak ComPilot?

Mine is a CIC non-wireless model. Since you mentioned Hi Pro for non-wireless ones, do I still need to buy specific wires or cables for it to work with my aid and the Target software? If so, what types of wires should I buy? Further, do you think Noahlink would also work for my aid? And if so, whichever of the two brands should I choose? Many thanks.

@leedsender

Noahlink Wireless is only for Bluetooth hearing aids so definitely won’t work for you.

There are various older models of NOAHlink and others which I don’t understand but I believe they all need cables.

You’ll need cables for the Hi Pro which can be very hard to get but @pvc understands it better then me as I’ve never own a Hi Pro.

Hopefully he’ll come around soon to help.

You’ll need CS44a cables, however you’ll need to track down the correct size for your model of Virto, this is determined by what size battery your HAs use, 10, 312, or 13

Maybe read a DIY School PDF file named (Fitting Instructions Phonak Target) which shows how to find this Product Information PDF file for Virto-Q.

Also read the part that says you may have to remove the battery doors.

@leedsender from the Product Information File images can you say which model you have?

Thank you. Mine is a Virto Q-10 NW O Q50. A non-wireless one. So, based on the earlier replies, I could only use a Hipro and a CS44a cable for the programming? I remember somewhere in the file you referred there’s a mention that NoahLink only works with those with a BLE built in, which I’m afraid my aid is not…

Yes that’s right, you’ll need the CS44a-10A HiPro cables, that eBay member in the link should have it.

Noahlink wireless for B-direct, Marvel, Paradise platforms.

Get familiar with target software before jumping in, here’s the basic user guide

Caveat; I have never done this;

Thank you. You said “Noahlink wireless for B-direct, Marvel, Paradise platforms”. Does that also assumes them to be a wireless model? In another word, if you particularly choose a non-wireless Paradise or Marvel CIC model, for example, you still need a Hipro and cables to programme?

Thank you, very helpful.

Yes correct, non wireless can be non bluetooth, so no Noahlink wireless programming.
If you follow what @pvc shows from a YouTube video you’ll see for yourself.
