My KS9 always streamed to both ears. The Spheres I currently have sometimes stream to both ears and sometimes just to my right ear. It seems source dependent. Anybody experienced this?
When this happens take a look at your phones Bluetooth connections.
Are they flashing?
It’s happened when I’m streaming from my laptop. Bluetooth shows connected to R-Phonak.
I don’t stream from my phone.

One thing you could try is setting your laptop sound output to mono. I hope that works for you.
When streaming from the Phonak TV converter, I found that mounting it above the TV with buttons facing towards me improved the BT connection. When it was laying flat on the shelf below the TV, I experienced what you are experiencing. You can use the Phonak TV streamer with your laptop too…
Yes, this happens with my P90s, my L90s and my Sphere 90s. It does seem to be source dependent because it can be in both ears for one speaker and only one for the next and then again in both for the first speaker. I have not tried to understand why that is happening.
