I want to use something like this, but i don’t want to spend $34 on these Phonak ones. What can I use to hold my hearing aids in place behind my ear while I get used to them?

If you wear spectacles or sunglasses, there is a mega cheap solution I invented to prevent hearing aids falling off.

Attach hearing aids to arm of spectacles with a small rubber O Ring.

I guess body tape would probably work?

Not a good idea for me as I am always changing glasses depending on the environment and what I am doing.

I put on my glasses frame OVER the wire, meaning that the HA is against my head and the frame is against my ears, this prevents them from going anywhere, been doing this for years.

The foam padding is a deal breaker for me on those.
