Hello, I have borrowed the Phonak Sphere 90 hearing aid from my local audiologist for a trial. I have some doubts based on the user manuals you have published. For example, the manual states that when charging with the battery-powered charging case, the LED should remain solid green when fully charged. However, in my case, the hearing aid’s LED turns off when the hearing aid reaches 100%, although my phone still shows the battery at 100%. I also cannot see the battery status of the charging case itself; the LED keeps blinking green continuously. Because of this, I cannot determine whether the charging case has enough power. When I try to charge the case, the LED turns red. I am experiencing some situations differently than described in the user manual. Could you confirm whether there is a problem with the product or if it might be counterfeit? Please get back to me regarding this issue.
Something is wrong here. Yes, should be a steady green light when fully charged. Check if the electrical contact points on the aid are clean. If you can see inside of the charging port, to make sure it is also clean. If all ok go back to your audiologist. Doubt it is counterfeit.
