I’ve just received a text from my friends, son who uses the Roger Touchscreen with the Oticon Xceed 1 UP.
When his mum, my friend is wearing the Touchscreen outside and it’s windy, the wind cuts the sound coming through the Touchscreen and suddenly he can’t hear anything, not even the wind.
What would be causing this issue as he currently can’t use his Roger when it’s windy.
