Phonak Roger On compatibility with ReSound hearing aids

Hi
I USE resound hearing aids BTE. IS the roger on compatible with resound Hearing aids?
Resound does not seem to have the accessories for people who work in busy environments. I am a Rph waorking in a very busy noisy Pharmacy
The multi mic is not design to point and get clear speech

Roger On can work with Resound aids in a couple of possible ways. If they have a tcoil, one can use a Roger MyLink and connect that way. One can also plug a Roger X receiver into the MultiMic. However, neither of these utilizes the full functionality of the Roger On and is definitely less convenient than using with built in receivers in Phonak Marvel or Paradise.

I’ve never used any other mic but the Multi Mic but it does have some directionality, e.g., when it’s hanging down from a wearer’s neck. So if you point that upper end at whom you want to listen to, you will get directionality. Probably not as much as a Roger pen. Using the Sound Enhancer can also help: no more than “Considerable” noise suppression, increase treble and midtones, decrease base, turn off wind noise suppression if indoors.

I had the K6 (Resounds) for 5+ years with the MiniMic and now Prezas with the MultiMic. With the MultiMic, i have been able to point it at people to narrow in on what they are saying. It has worked well. They people have been at the same table or around 6-12 feet away from me and it did increase their voices.
