Hi i have had a phonak mylink for over a year now and have only just managed to get it set up with my cros aid so i can use the clip on mic now. I have just noticed that they have replaced the mylink with the new neckloop receiver what does that mean if at any point something should go wrong with my mylink in the future does that mean they will now not be fixing the mylink or will they still fix the mylink’s or will they just replace the mylink with the new neckloop?
The Roger Pen came out in 2013 and they’ve only just stopped agreeing to repair it, at least in the UK.
Think you’ll be safe for a good while.
Thank very much for letting me know just one other quick question with the mylink can i now connect to my iPad for direct streaming if needed or is that not possible ?
You need to use the audio cable and plug the Clip On Mic into your iPad for it to stream to your myLink.
Or you can get a Phonak ComPilot II to stream from your iPad.
Thank you so much for this info
