I have lost hearing aids (Paradise P90’s) that are still under warranty. I bought them from Snap Hearing which apparently went out of business. Phonak said I can only replace them under warranty with a provider. I guess I need to shop around, which is a pain. Thought I’d check in for thoughts.
You might be able to pick up a used set on eBay if you’re willing to self program them.
I have P90Rs . Do you have the original paperwork, which shows the serial numbers of the P90s? It’s on the box they came in also. I would think Phonak could identify them from the serial numbers which should have a date to that serial number.
