I heard that there may have been a firmware update recently released for the Phonak Paradise and Lumity hearing aids to address issues with charging. Is this true or not ?
Yes. By KS10s were updated yesterday at Costco. My audiologist said there was an update for charging behaviour.
My hearing aid practitioner called Phonak with me sitting next to him listening.
The Phonak Sonova guru said there was no upgrade for charging. Canada.

If you have phonak software and noahlink wireless you can update firmware if available for your model
It looks like the update was for the Costco KS 10 only, although my Phonak Paradise P90R aids regularly have some flakey things happen when charging. For example, it will show a green light, even though the charge level is well below 80%. I fix that problem by shutting down the hearing aid, and restarting. After doing that, it will start blinking orange, but there is a delay before the App shows the correct percentage.
