I am new here. Is there anyone that can tell me how to fix the carrying case for the Phonak P50 is will not close all the way?? i do not need help with the charger just the carrying case that i put the hearingaides in. Thank you.
Can you include a picture? Is it the hard, black case, or the small, soft zipper case?
