I purchased the Phonak Nano approximately 2 months ago and for the first few days the performance was excellent .It then began to lose power despite regular cleansing and changing of the tip . After a month it failed completely and I returned it to the hearing centre who sent it to Phonak for repair.It was returned promptly and the power was excellent for a few days but then a slow deterioration in power occurred and a few weeks later there was again no power whatsoever.
I am wondering whether my ears are unsuitable for this product or whether there is a design fault . I wondered if anyone else has experienced similar difficulties ?
