Hello, I have Phonak Naida L30 aids with clear hard molds that are 3 months old. This is my first foray into BTEs since 1999, so I’m unclear as to the tubing, that now needs replacing (they have hardened and one end cracked).
I’m seeing different sizes in regards to the tubing. I’m assuming mine was size 13? I’m also seeing thickness options, namely “standard”, “medium”, and “thick”. How do I know which thickness mine is?
I always like to stick to the brand when ordering replacement parts. Does Phonak sell replacement tubing? If not, what oem/brand do they use?
