My hearing aid is a Phonak Marvel. Today, when I removed it from the charger, it wouldn’t turn on and instead flashing green continuously,I tried to reset it by holding the volume down for 30 seconds. The green light turned off, but when I put the hearing aid back on the charger, nothing happened; no red, no yellow, no green light.
Anyone knows what’s wrong with it.
Yes it’s a Phonak rechargeable, so everything is wrong with it ; )
But seriously the old reboot is usually all that’s needed to get it going again,that didn’t seem to work for you, so here’s something that some of the rechargeable users have done, unplug your charger while the HAs are still in, wait a few seconds then plug if back in.
