Phonak marvel 90's not connect to blue tooth app any longer

Last few weeks I have not been able to connect to the app either on my phone or my ipad via bluethooth to change settings. Was working fine but now if it connects at all it may be only ear but not both. Aids are out of warranty at this point. Would doing a factory reset potentially clear the problem up?? Tried it when aids are fully charged but it makes no difference. They DO connect to the noahlink when I want to modify the settings…I am a DIY’er…:slight_smile:

The App could be the reason, uninstall and reinstall the App, I take it Bluetooth works fine “outside” of the App, music streaming etc

I would:

  1. Go into Bluetooth connections and remove the LE (Low Energy) connections.
  2. Go into app, and forget the aids.

You should then get a prompt to pair.

If you don’t do step one, those existing connections will stop any progress
