I have the rechargeable marvels. When I put them in the charger at night the indication light on the aids are red. They do the flashing change color thing. But in the morning only one aid has the green indication light on. When I check the app it says that both are at 100%. I don’t have any problems with the battery life. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this? Something I should worry about?
personally I will take them back to your Audi and have them checked out, including the charger.
Have you had the latest firmware update? This firmware was specifically for rechargeable Marvels.
Clean ALL contacts on hearing aids & charger. If the problem persists bring charger & HA’s to your Audi.

Press and hold the button on the aid that is not working for 15 Seconds - this happened to me recently and this worked. There is also the firmware update No 1.2.9.0 which is supposed to fix this.
Thanks for the replies! I am not sure what update I got last. I will do a good cleaning. I sent an email to my audi. He said that he would look into it. Is there a way to tell what firmware that is being currently used?
I have the same hearing aids as you. I had mine updated this week - I think that probably only your Audiologist will know what firmware you currently have. It was released recently (probably within the last 2 months) to get around the problem you have had. As I mentioned earlier - the press and hold on the button for 15 seconds rebooted my aids and fixed the issue until I could get the update installed.
