Hello, we are new to hearing aids, and we are considering these two. We were given Starkey Livio 1000 also to consider, however, Phonak and Oticon seems to have better reviews in Consumer Reports and others. Any one have any experience on either? Thank you in advance!
Welcome to the forum @magonmac …. Posting up your Audiogram would be helpful, if you click on my avatar you will see mines. Try to educate yourself by reading up on the wealth of information on this forum, if money is a major issue, I would consider Costco as a very viable alternative, around 1400 USD for a pair of KS10 aids fitted, and they do REM, Costco’s KS10 aids are to all intensive purposes, rebranded “ Phonak Paradise 90’s” and a massive saving on a private A.uD’s price…… Good Luck, Cheers Kev
We don’t have the audiotronics but the low tones were normal the high tones moderate loss. The insurance is covering if we go wotu certain providers. We can pay the difference if these options are terrible. We’ve been told to go with RIC and those with the ability to charge. Thanks!!!
