I purchased Phonak Infinio Sphere I90 HA. I had the following issue. Every 14 days my left aid battery showed 86% after all night charge. Just the left aid. Battery life dropped to 2% in under 5 hours. Only the left aid. The aids were replaced along with the charger. The new aids are having the same battery drainage issue. Every 14 days the left aid all night charge shows 85% or less . Again only the left. The left aid battery life drains down to 2% in less than 4
hours. I’ve performed a full 30 sec reboot. The left aid (and the right) works great. But every14 days the left aid’s battery drains to 2%. The right aid has 80+ battery life. I stream with the right aid. Has anyone else had this issue with their infinio spheres?
That is very strange on such a regular basis. You might try reversing the right and left aid in the charger for the next 14 days to isolate the problem between the aids and the charger.
IIRC the COSTCO K10’s had a bad charger.
I know and am very grateful that Phonak replaced my two Paradise P90Rs and charger as the warranty ended.
I had complained to my dispensing Audi that they were defective when they were quite young.
You have amazing hearing aids I bet your practitioner can solve this with Phonak’s help.
I am having a similar issue. I purchased the Infinio Spheres in April. A month or so ago, the right aid started discharging way too early. Now I’m finding that after an hour or so of wearing them the right aid is going off as the battery appears to discharge fully–I hear the tone for the battery being (I guess) fully drained. Today I put the aids in about three or four hours ago. Now the left reads 100% and the right is already down to 34%. I have also done the reboot. No improvement. Have you found a cause or a reason for this? Thanks.
I found that my spheres stay connected to my tv play. I have 3 connected to 3 different tvs. I now disconnect each tv play not in use. My spheres (the left) have stopped the battery drain. I am not connected to any bluetooth device except to my iphone.
Thank you. I will look at that with my aids.
