Phonak infinio s sounds

Hi, I have Phonak infinios and an old Signia Pure 312 H. Aids.
The Phonaks are way superior with speech and with speech in noise.
But I’ve noticed the S sounds are better and more clear with the Signias.
Is there a way to make the S sounds better and more clear with the infinios?
I have the Phonak target and II can do the adjustments myself.

You don’t post your audogram but are you using SpeechRecover? If so you could try some additional adjustments there.

Hi, I have the sound recover 2. From 2k to 8 k, what do you suggest raising it to 4k or 5 k so it does not affect the frequencies lower than this?
How do you post an audio gram here? Thanks

You could just do a little experimenting with it, because it’s easy to go a little strong and end up with ssssh, just bump it up a tad more.

Have you tried using the Automatic fine tuning function?

Hi tenkan, I reduced the sound recover from 2 kHz to 7 kHz and the s sound clearer, and to my surprise I can hear the Sh sounds and with sound recover at 2 kHz I couldn’t hear them, thanks for your suggestions.
