Probably you already solved your problem as the topic now is already one month old. But maybe for people who get stuck in this also. I posted about this issue in October 2024 already.
There is a very small notch on the receiver side holding thight the receiver in the housing of the HA. So if you use a sharp instrument as a knife you can put it under the rim of the entrance place of the receiver and so dislodge it without pulling to much on the receiver. Otherwise you will break the electronic leads in the connection.
