Where can I order new bulb for the dryer or do I need to buy a new dryer?
Hey that is a very cool looking unit! I’d ping Phonak Customer Support and see if they could either send you the bulb or have you send in the unit to replace it.

That’s the problem with these D Dry units. I’ve had 2 of them and the blue light has gone in both of them. Each unit only lasting about 2-2 1/2 yrs.
Somewhere in the forum here you will find an excellent article on drying units. The D Dry isn’t mentioned amongst the top of the drying units. I would suggest perhaps looking into buying a better more reliable unit.
