I have the Phonak compilot2 it plays the demo audio through my Nathos auto hearing aids, but when try to stream to them through Bluetooth or 3.5mm audio in there’s no sound, is there a way to set them back to factory default as I think they are paired to someone else’s aids as I bought the compilot2 second hand, or does it have to be done in software, if so does anyone have a download link for the Target software?
Hopefully someone else will answer your Compilot2 question.
Just ask for Phonak Target 8.0.3 on the DIY School topic which can be found by clicking my Avatar.
Sure yes you can do through target, but have you paired the compilot ll correctly to your phone or bluetooth device.
To reset the compilot follow the instructions below.
And to repair to mobile device.
Thanks, I’ve tried that, it does remove all the Bluetooth pairing, but still doesn’t stream audio to the hearing aids, this is something different as even connecting audio directly into to compilot via the 3.5 mm input produces no sound either
Your a star! Downloaded Target software, it detected the Compilot2, Factory reset done and all is working perfectly now!!
