Phonak compilot air 2 no audio

Good evening!
I am having some quirks with my compilot air 2 and I was wondering if there was a simple fix before trying to get this checked in. Quite literally overnight it seems that my compilot air 2 had stopped transmitting audio. Whereas before it would say “Compilot air on” and whatnot whenever I turned it on or off, now it has stopped doing so. Trying to play some audio via bluetooth also resounds with nothing. I can tell that it is turning on through the lights, just no audio at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just realised you have the Air. That’s weird. It sounds like the antenna has failed within the Air. You can pick up another Air off eBay did super cheap.

Yes that’s strange, could well be the antenna, but one thing you could try is to repair to your phone, un-pair and repair and see if that works.
You can also delete the pairings in the compilot air plus reset it,can’t say for sure if it will help but worth a try.

  1. Verify the ComPilot Air II is “off” and not
    showing lights.
  2. Press and hold down the volume up (+) button at the
same time as turning the ComPilot Air II “on.” The
green light will appear, followed by a rapidly blinking
    blue light.
  3. Continue to hold the volume up (+) button for
approximately 10 seconds until the light goes back to
    green and then release.
  4. Delete the ComPilot Air II pairing entries on your cell
phone and restart (power down then back up again)
your cell phone before any re-pairing.

To reset after doing the above.

  1. Turn the ComPilot Air II “off.” No lights will be seen.
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Turn the ComPilot Air II “on”. There should be a
    blinking green light.

Good luck
