Phonak Audeo Sphere infinio how to identify

Hi, I bought a pair of Phonak Audeo Sphere Infinio, but on myphonak app and on the Target it just says Phonak Audeo Sphere it doesn’t say Audeo Sphere Infinios, also on the housing it just says Audeo Sphere. How can I verify if they are Audeo Sphere infinios? Thanks

Actually I didn’t think the infinios have sphere mode?

Also someone posted a picture of the difference, you can clearly tell by the size and battery type.

Actually both the I90 and I70 sphere both are called infinio. Infinio is the platform generation name, like paradise or lumity. This is where the “I” in the “I90” or “I70” comes from.

Do you see I90 in the middle tab of myphonak → Product information, That “I” in the “I90” or “I70” is Infinio 90 or infinio 70. I don’t get mine for a few weeks. Besides all this, Infinio is the first (and only so far) generation of the audeo to offer sphere.

Thanks for the information WH, I asked Google if they were the same and look at their A.I. reply.

No, “Phonak Audéo Sphere” and “Phonak Audéo Sphere Infinio” are not the same. “Phonak Audéo Sphere Infinio” is a specific, newer model of hearing aid, representing Phonak’s latest advancements in hearing technology. The Audéo Sphere Infinio is known for features like AI-powered sound processing, superior noise cancellation, and enhanced connectivity.
Here’s a more detailed breakdown:

Phonak Audéo Sphere: This refers to the broader line of hearing aids from Phonak.
Phonak Audéo Sphere Infinio: This is a specific model within the Audéo Sphere line, representing the newest and most advanced technology Phonak offers.

In essence, the Audéo Sphere Infinio is a more advanced and feature-rich model compared to the general Audéo Sphere family, incorporating new technologies like AI-powered sound processing and enhanced connectivity.

Well, if that I that is next to the 90 like my Audeo I90 Sphere stands for infinio, then they
are infinio with all the features that they say they have. But the word infinio isn’t in the Target or on the myphonak app or on the hearing aids, and although I bought mine with an audiologist that has a good reputation, I am little paranoid with all them scams going on or maybe Phonak sent me a cheaper version hahaha… well thanks for the information.

Yes, thanks tenkan, you said, Also someone posted a picture of the difference, you can clearly tell by the size and battery type. Do you know where is that photo? Thanks

Google is giving you a load of bs. Audeo is the line of Phonak rics. Current platform is infinio. Previous platforms were lumity, paradise, marvel, etc. Platform is the chipset and greater feature set provided. Audeo is the form factor. You can get lumity platform in naida (bte form factor) or Audeo. Virto is the “customs” form factor. Invisible in canal, etc. Phonak skipped lumity for the virto line. You can get it with paradise or (limited selection of models) infinio. Sphere isn’t offered for the Virtos. Infinio audeos came out last summer. Lumity about two years before that. Paradise two more going back. Naida come out on the new platform about a year after they release a new Audeo. Virto has typically been after that, but they announced the virtos at the same time as the Audeos this time! They were about 4 or five months behind in actual availability. They skipped providing virto on the lumity platform.

Sphere is an oddity. They have provided two versions of the Audeo form factor. One with the sphere AI capability and one without. The one without is just infinio. The whole name will be something like Phonak Audeo infinio (I90-R). The sphere version adds that word to the name.

Browse around phonak’s web pages and familiarize yourself with the marketing goodness. But ignore google here. It is out to lunch or taking a 4:20 break maybe.

Hope this helps. I probably made a dozen typos on my phone in the dark. Maybe I’ll need to straighten it out in the morning!

Hey WH thank you very much for the information, Google giving me loads of bs,
hahaha… Try asking them about winning stocks, or which team that’s going to win
the World Series. Think someone should invent a Google bs detector, Hahaha.

I just wanted to be sure that I had the ones with the Sphere AI capabilities, and since you explaied to me about the infinio platform and that my Spheres have the I next to the 90 or I90 then I think a have the ones with the AI capabilities!

You said, Browse around phonak’s web pages and familiarize yourself with the marketing goodness. I think it’s phonak marketing confusion, Hahaha… Thanks!!
