Has anyone experienced a charging problem where the green light is on for the charging base but the hearing aids wouldn’t light up to show if they are charging? I have the Phonak Charger Case Combi. Are you able to restart the charger? I would appreciate your input.

I printed off the manual for my hearing aids–P90R’s.
It really helps.
I did have to reboot them; then I had to put them in the charger. I don’t have the users manual with me.
tenkan my take–mine was a hearing aid problem. Charger was fine. I took the hearing aids out of the charger, with green light displayed. On the way to work driving, my right hearing aid died. While at work I went to this forum, and searched
I couldn’t find a fix.
I printed off the user’s manual. Went home. Rebooted my hearing aid. It showed 0 charge, where it had been fully charged when I checked the app just after I put the hearing aid in.
Hearing aid accepted full charge. All was good.
That has happened to me twice. No idea why. Gremlins. Must be gremlins.

Still not waking up when I reboot them so they have been taken into the shop that they are from.
