Hi,
my Phonal Audeo I. Spheres. Have a specific volume, for most programs, but after a phone call, or audio streaming, or sending or receiving text on my iPhone the volume raises, I imagine because the volume settings on the streaming phone calls and streaming audio I set it lauder than the rest of the programs. However, after the phone calls or streaming music ends, the volume remains the same or higher even after MyPhonak app on my iPhone shows the hearing aids are back to Automatic or speech in noise etc. This is solved by restarting the hearing aids, but after a phone call or streaming the volume remains higher. What could be causing this? Thanks

I’m just curious: In Bluetooth, Haid /or Phonak, do you have Device Type as a Hearing Aid?

Yes the device type for Bluetooth: The Bluetooth devices LE_R-. LE R
Its something in the iPhone or the phonak app
This doesn’t happen when I turn off the iPhone Bluetooth connection

I’m not an expert, but here is an idea that might help:

  1. Remove the Phonak HAID Bluetooth from the iPhone Bluetooth, and remove the Phonak HAID from the Phonak app.

  2. Make sure that all other Bluetooth devices connected to the iPhone have a different Device Type than the Hearing Aid Type.

  3. Turn off and on your phone.

  4. Reconnect the Phonak HAID to the Phonak app. Then, reconnect the Phonak Bluetooth to iPhone Bluetooth in the Bluetooth setting.

  5. Make sure that the Phonak HAID is named a “Device Type Hearing Aid.”

I’m not sure if this will work, but if it does, I’ll try it out.

Hi Adrian, I did what you said and it kind of improves a little, but I noticed that this happens when I’m indoors and when I’m out outdoors the hearing aids kinda adjust themselves and the problem disappears, well thanks for your suggestions and Bye
