Phonak 90 Sphere Bluetooth connecting to laptop

I am trialing a pair of Phonak I90s. One of my reasons was Phonak’s promotional comments stating that these aids would be able to connect to a laptop using Bluetooth.
I have resolved the minor issues using the app to connect to my iPhone , but have not been able to connect to my HP laptop. I can pair the HAs to the laptop, but streaming will not work. I realize that there would be no access to the various functions available with these HAs without access to the app, but all I would like is to have the basic ability to stream, I would appreciate any help that forum users could provide.
Thanks

I haven’t got Infinio, but I have Marvel, Paradise and Lumity, and they all connect fine to my Windows Laptop for streaming and Teams calls. Is your phone still connected to your hearing aids? Maybe it’s taking priority over the Laptop?

  1. Pair your hearing aids with your windows Laptop/PC
How to pair my Phonak hearing aids with Windows 10?

If your hearing aid is not detected as a headset, please change the Bluetooth connection for phone calls from adaptive to fixed bandwidth. This can be done in the myPhonak app settings or by the hearing care professional in the fitting software.

  1. Select/choose the hearing aids (headphone) as the Audio Output device

  2. reduce the audio volume by moving the slider to the left, that the loudnes of the audio is acceptable and not to loud.

My Spheres connect with my Windows 11 laptop. However, I prefer to use a TV connector to avoid conflicts with my phone and iPad which are also frequently connected. Although the Phonak Infinios will pair with six devices, it will only connect with two at the same time.

My point too. The hearing aids will connect to 2 separate Bluetooth sources, but only one will stream. Both the TV Connector and Roger devices, just transmit, so multiple hearing aids can connect at the same time (as long as they’re paired), whereas Bluetooth doesn’t work the same way
