My husband got Phillips p90 hearing aids and charger this summer at Costco. The week before Thanksgiving one of the two hearing aids failed to charge. We tried ALL the troubleshooting tips in the hearlink app three times, before sending a message to the Phillips help desk on 24 November. Suspecting operator error, He took his hearing aids and charger to Costco. The hearing tech tried for over an hour before giving up. He had to send both hearing aids instead of just the one failing to charge and the charger to Phillips for repair or replacement. They didn’t have loaners.
He got a message from Phillips today suggesting all the same steps. Grrr
