Philips TV3 adaptor

This adaptor senses the audio input level and the output to my Philips aids is too high.
When I turn down my computer output to a listenable level the adaptor turns off.
I want to turn down the output level of the adaptor so I can raise the computer to mid-level and then the Adaptor will not turn off the sound.
I am an engineer and would like to know which adjustment in the Adaptor will do this.
Thank you.

I know exactly what you mean. It can be done by your Costco dispenser in the Philips HearSuite program, unless you’re a DIY then you can do it yourself.

Below is the page in HearSuite where you would set this. You can set the TV Adapter level to less than 0 dB so you can increase the input level to it so it would not go into standard due to the input level being below the quiet threshold for long enough.
