I purchased Philips 9050’s from Costco 2 months ago and want to DIY. I received a Philips HearSuite file from a kind person on this site, but it is Version 2023.1 and WILL NOT update. I know my hardware is good because I also have Genie 2 and NoahLink, and they work great with my Oticon OPN’s. Research on the web indicates the latest version of Philips HearSuite is Version 2024.2 , which probably has the correct drivers to link with my 9050’s. Does anyone out there have a copy of this version? Much appreciated.
Hi there, let’s see what’s happening, you shouldn’t have any issues updating, what error message do you get? The update is sometimes country dependant, so install USA or UK standalone mode and you’ll be good to go, yeah it’d be a bummer if you had to ask everytime there was a new update available ( actually it was like this in the old days, had to get a new CD or DVD everytime,a real PITA)
Hi, I’m new to DIY programming. Can I please get the latest download version for Philips, (9050s) if it matters. I think it is 2024.2, but not 100% sure. Thanks in advance.
Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go, please be sure to research and read the user guides before starting your DIY projects, and don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device.
Thanks for the welcome message. It’s very good to be here and glad I was referred to this site. I will certainly read all the guides before starting any DIY projects. I’ve got getting the Noahlink 2 wireless programming device on my list, but first wanted to ensure I was able to download the HearSuite software first.
Hi tenkan, can you please share the software with me as well. Thank you and appreciate your help.
Hey All! Im new to the forum and saw several of you resolved the issues through this chat. I have the Phillips 9030 and Ive been facing several issues on the set up with Costco representatives. I wanted to know if anyone could share the software with me so I can set it up myself. Thanks everyone!
