I wanted to pair the Starkey Genesis AI20 to Starkey TV streamer 2.4 GH. but could not do it.
These hearing aids won’t pair with this TV streamer any idea why?? Please let me know. Thank you
On the Starkey website they state that Genesis Ai is compatible for the TV streamer 2.4 GHz.
TV Streamer is for: Genesis AI, Evolv AI, Livio Edge AI, Livio AI and Livio
Did you read the manual ?
As much as I can tell, there are two versions of the TV streamer that look the same but have different model numbers.
Starkey lists 43119-000 in the most recent Accessory Guide PDF. Listed as compatible with Genesis and Evolv.
There also seems to be a model 43005-000. I can’t find a definitive guide, but it seems to be for older models. Perhaps someone can dig better than I can.
