Own voice with single side moderate loss

To whoever has a single side moderate loss.
How can you hear your own voice? With and without HAs (not baha or similar, just ha)?

Is it possible to hear your own voice booming and without depth (as if you talk under a bell) bilaterally from an audiometry like this? The previous one was at - 42 at left and I didn’t even notice, can it be the long covid neurological issue like the last ent says.?
Please help it’s unbearable :sob::pray:
