I have had ear surgery that has left my right ear with an almost completely closed ear canal that makes it impossible to fit my hearing aid. I have tried all size tips and they all produce severe pain and still won’t go in. Looking for some kind of hearing devise that would fit over my ear like a around the ear headphone or anything that would direct sound to my ear canal without going in my ear.

Maybe bone conduction would help.

Agreed Rick, a BAHA (Bone Anchored Hearing Aid) might be a viable solution for @mgbob70… Cheers Kev
