Passing along an idea. I wear Jabra Enhance Pro20’s; like them quite well. I live (alone, so no in-house talking partner) but am out and about every day. My apartment building is concrete and steel with lots of glass. I find that while the program called “All-Around” works for many/most casual encounters, that “Outside” works well when I’m in our vast lobby space and in many other public areas that are not strictly “Outside”. This setting picks up many useful ambient sounds in my changing environments.

I’ve never had Jabra’s but your “Outside” program sounds like Phonak’s “Music” program, in that “you hear everything”. I much prefer this. Ironically, Phonak’s outside program seems to cut out these lovely ambient sounds

Not quite, the music program has all the extra features turned off to give the “richness” back into music, outside has most on, of course these are completely adjustable within the software as you know, you can adjust the sliders and set them up how you like to hear background environmental noise etc

Even though I’ve worn HAs for years, I was unaware of how to adjust the features of the app until today, when my fav. technician showed me how. Now things will work better! Thanks for this!
