Hi All, my Oticon Real one hearing aid is all of the sudden having issues streaming FaceTime, instagram, and YouTube but ironically TikTok works fine. Also, as to instagram, it seems there are some videos that stream ok as well(probably one out of 500) leading me to think that the issue perhaps is somewhat format specific. Has anyone else run into this? For me the HA was working fine did two years, and all of the sudden it started doing this out of blue about couple months ago. Firmware is up to date and have refreshed the connectivity as well as the device a few times to with no luck. Just curious if anyone else has experienced the same?
