Well that sure is strange seeing my Samsung S23 is working great here in the USA. I have full hands free and it works great.

Your Audiologist and tech support don’t know what their talking about as usual, LEA on some phones need to be configured from “developer options” to switch on, those that have it working can switch on or off at will in the settings, so yeah on the other hand I wouldn’t buy HAs just on how good the bluetooth works? Concentrate on getting good speech comprehension first.

I am in US also. And unfortunately there are no Samsung centers anywhere near me to show them. So I still can return these. I need to check out the Phonak hearing aid sets as well as the Pixel phones. Something needs to change for me. I am happy for you that yours work great.

Do you have a Best Buy close by. They handle Samsung and Google phones. And the Geek Squad is very helpful.
