I have the real 1s. I have Google pixel 7. I am connected via Bluetooth. My problem is that when the phone rings I don’t get notification in the ears. If my phone is on the table next to me and a call comes in phone vibrates I swipe and callers voice streams. It’s the notification ring I don’t hear. Is this a aide setting or phone or something that oticon doesn’t support. My phonaks would ring through aides. If anyone has any answers it would be greatly appreciated.

while I’m unfamiliar with the Google Pixel (I’m an Apple type), there should be an area under settings for the phone. I would suggest perusing those options. I sometimes just turn off the phone, or hit a setting that silences calls from unknown numbers. There should be a setting that allows the phone to ring under circumstances you dictate and send the signal into your ears, both the ring and audio (the latter via your bluetooth connection.)
